I am from Malaysia, and I couldn’t help but to comment that you nailed a lot of the places worth going and food worth eating in my country. Kudos and street cred well deserved.

Wed, 24 Jul 2013 18:58:37 +0000/?p=2570#comment-4842I actually really didn’t like the food in Malaysia!! Although I did have an amazing meal at the Penang food stalls. I usually just ate at the Chinese restaurants. I think part of my problem was a mental block- I’m allergic to nuts and a few of the most popular dishes are made with nuts and I just get scared to try new things. I wish I was more of an adventurous eater as I love discovering new food.

Wed, 24 Jul 2013 13:45:31 +0000/?p=2570#comment-4809It does look pretty gross…haha. And you really, really missed out by not trying roti! But you may have had something similar in India, which I’m sure was just as delicious!
