I’m headed to Italy for the first time in January to spend a month in Sicily and am so so excited about the food. You’re article has now made me a million times more hyper than I was! My partner is not impressed… (it’s very early).

Also, as a lover of food tours, have you been on one in Copenhagen? If not I really recommend them, such good food here!

Great photos as well! :)

This looks like a really great one with a good mix of traditional fare and some slightly more adventurous items you wouldn’t necessarily discover on your own. I normally really enjoy offal too, however, I discovered in Cambodia that lung is really not my thing (I don’t like the flavor), so I’m not sure how I’d do with the spleen sandwich.

This looks incredible. I love street food and, really, is there a better place to go on a street food tour? YUM. Thanks for sharing! (And making me hungry)

Food tours are definitely great introductions to the food and culture of a place, and expose you to things you might not find or want to order yourself. I definitely would have needed a push to try that pane ca’ Meusa!
